These substantial, gooey cookies come frozen and ready to bake. I've tried both the Chocolate Walnut Espresso and the Classic Chocolate Chunk. They are huge so be prepared to divide the dough or share! What's fun about Najla's cookies is that they aren't like anything most of us would bake at home—more like a special bakery or restaurant cookie. My friend Mary Stuart, a woman who has to eat chocolate every day, loves the chocolate walnut espresso version in particular. Chocoholics, consider yourselves warned!
